1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and custom services, all sales are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Web design involves time, planning, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed once initiated.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

A partial or full refund may be considered under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet started, and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase
• We are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons
• Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before substantial work has begun

Refund eligibility is assessed case by case.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Work has already started (including research, design drafts, or development)
• The client changes their mind after approving the project scope
• Delays are caused by lack of client communication, feedback, or content
• The project is completed and delivered as agreed
• The client is unhappy due to subjective preferences not outlined in the original scope

4. Milestone-Based Payments

For projects with milestone payments:

• Completed milestones are non-refundable
• Any remaining unpaid work may be canceled upon request

5. Revisions & Support

We aim for client satisfaction and include revisions as outlined in your selected package.
Refunds will not be issued in place of revision requests.
